  Great company! Prices are high (good to research) but on-sale items are comparable to others. The customer service makes the difference. I ordered some pricey, difficult-to-fit snowsuits for my pups. When the first size was too big, they exchanged immediately and sent a new size. Those didn't work either and they gave me a swift refund. All items are top quality. Sign up for their e-newsletters so you can take advantage of their sales. Think of it like Bed Bath & Beyond where you're using your 20% off coupons as much as "humanly" possible.
