  Terrible customer service not a single employee seems to be well informed nor do they inform the customer of any inconvenience.... if you have a problem your pretty much screwed because of how best buy has there system set up. Don't even bother with customer service line all they do is tell you the problem is handled in store then the in store manager tells you to call them even if you already told them they told you to talk to the in store rep. So your always being thrown for a loop at best buy never shopping here again I highly suggest no one else does either. it seems best buys employees are I'll trained and complete incompetent dumbasses
