  I have been using Budget Pest Control in my rental properties for probably about 20 years now, and I love this company! Laura and Pat run the office, and they are always extremely helpful when I call. They get a technician out to the property in a timely manner, and give me a follow-up call if needed. But the best part of this company is that they don't try and convince you that you need their services on a monthly basis for the rest of your life like many other extermination companies do. They do the initial service for a reasonable price, then call you in 30 days to ask if you'd like a follow-up service for a lower price than the original service. On most occasions the follow-up is unnecessary, because the issue has been solved with just one service. I highly recommend this company!

  Love how honest this place is! They have never sold me anything I didn't need and have always been straight forward. Laura and Patty in the office really know what they are talking about and are quite friendly. I appreciate their help as what i know about bugs could fill a thimble. Without a doubt they are the only pest control company I'll use. Service is always prompt and the techs are respectful of my home. Give them a shot you won't be sorry.
