  Bad service after sale. I purchased a full size leather recliner from Scott at this store on 12-08-2017. We paid for delivery and received the chair with no issue. Unfortunately by 1-18-2018 I had an issue where I reclined but could not close the reclining mechanism. I looked underneath and the frame had separated. I called the store and Jerry scheduled a service call for me on 2-12-2018. Once Chris the tech arrived he took one look at the chair and confirmed the frame was broken. He said they would deliver a new seat and frame to put on the existing mechanism in 4-6 weeks, in the meantime I am instructed by service not to use the chair. I have called the store again to express that since the chair was only 1 month and 10 days old I feel they should just replace it. Randy the store manager says he will call me back. I will update my review when that happens. 2-16-2018 Randy called today and moved my in home repair up to 3-6-2018, he states replacing the chair is not an option.

  Excellent experience. The sales and interior designer were very professional and made It very painless for my wife and to select fabrics and order new furniture for our new living room. Including recliners, sofa, chair, ottoman, and area rug.
