  Online ordering was not fulfilled according to the estimated latest projected delivery date provided by My Buddy & Me Pet Store. The online invoice stated that delivery was free for local delivery within 10 miles or in store pickup. My Buddy & Me Pet Store never bothered to contact me regarding how my order was to be delivered/picked up, or even an estimated date of retrieval. Upon driving to the store from my home AFTER contacting the business via email (24+ hours after order), I was informed that my supplies were not even in store. I was never informed of their supply, or lack there of. After 48+ hours, I contacted My Buddy & Me Pet Store via phone. Despite my understanding and patience with the representative, I was treated very brashly and unprofessionally. I was informed that I would need to again, drive to their store, and pickup my supplies in store. I was hung up on before all my questions were answered such as, "when will my food be available for pickup?" or "can I have this delivered for an additional charge?". Afterwards, As a disabled veteran who has frequented My Buddy & Me Pet Store for years and has difficulty getting out of the house to retrieve or lifting heavy objects, I do not feel my patronage was valued. I feel the operations aspect of the online store is SHAKY AT BEST. The employee I spoke to on the phone COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS about the issues I was encountering AFTER MY MONEY WAS GIVEN TO THEM, and was downright HOSTILE. My animals were forced to skip a meal because of their lack of organization. I'm unsatisfied to say the least. I will not be returning to purchase my pet supplies from My Buddy & Me Pet Store or recommending it to friends & family anymore. I gave two stars only for the low markup on supplies they charge.
