Matt specifically has been a nightmare, he lied to us about almost every detail regarding our plan and I’ve been fighting with it ever since. We finally went to the sprint store off of academy to get our stuff straightened out. This store off of Fillmore is a 3rd party affiliated with sprint and will not take care of your needs. Go to any other store, the one on academy is where I’d recommend. We were almost turned off from sprint completely but the company has been fixing everything slowly for us. MATT is awful, avoid him at all costs.
