But Ashton was more than helpful when I needed my SIM card traded to one that fit my new phone! She was so pleasant and was able to assist me while also assisting another customer (one that I failed to notice when I approached the desk, sorry!) This experience far exceeded my previous experiences, enough to not make me loathe the place like I had before.
